2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payment

By initiating an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. All deals and orders are finalized and processed directly via our official WhatsApp channel. We do not use any automated payment gateways on this website. Payment methods and details will be shared securely during the WhatsApp conversation.

4. Shipping & Guaranteed Delivery

We guarantee delivery of our authentic teas directly from the source. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Free guaranteed delivery is available on orders above Rs. 500. For orders below this amount, a delivery charge of Rs. 49 applies.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for opened packages unless the product is defective.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
