The name "Saanjh Bihaan" translates to "Dusk and Dawn" -- celebrating the timeless ritual of tea that marks the beginning and end of every day.
We are proudly a Sikkim-born tea brand. Our premium organic green, orthodox, and gold teas are exclusively sourced from the world-renowned Temi Tarku gardens in Sikkim. Here, the high-altitude misty climate and pristine soil nurture delicate flavors and rich antioxidants.
While our soul is in Sikkim, we understand the love for a strong, daily cup of milk tea. For this, our robust CTC teas are carefully sourced from the sun-drenched gardens of Assam, giving you the best of both worlds.
A Journey of Passion: Laxmi Sharma
Born and raised in Ravangla, Sikkim, Laxmi Sharma dedicated over 23 years of service to the Indian Army, followed by 4 years of working in the USA. But the call of the homeland and the rich heritage of Sikkim was too strong to ignore.
Returning home after retirement, Laxmi realized sitting quietly at home wasn't an option. Driven by a desire to do something meaningful and to motivate the youngsters of Sikkim, the vision for promoting the region's finest organic teas was born. After studying the tea industry and successful tea brands for over a year, Saanjh Bihaan was officially launched on September 22, 2025.

Handpicked with Tradition
Every leaf of our Sikkim selection is hand-plucked by local women artisans, many of whom wear traditional Sikkimese attire like the elegant Bakhu / Kho.
This traditional method of plucking guarantees that only the tenderest two leaves and a bud are selected, preserving the integrity, premium caliber, and organic health properties of the tea.
Once harvested, the teas are processed with patience and packed directly at source by Sharma Enterprises in Ravangla, Sikkim. This ensures peak freshness, unmatched purity, and full traceability.
